- Set up the Monopoly board as usual with 2–6 players, money and tokens.

Rules
- You land on someone else's property: drink one sip per house, and two per hotel.
- You go to jail: down your glass (or take a solid sip) before your next turn.
- You pass GO: all the other players drink – you hand out the sips.
- You buy a property: cheers with the player to your left.
- You have to pay tax or a fee: drink the rest of your glass.
- You roll doubles: take one sip, and two sips on the third double.
- You land on "Chance" or "Community Chest": draw a card and drink if you lose money.
- You collect rent: hand out as many sips as the number of thousands you receive (round it off).
- You land on free parking: breathe out and skip one turn without drinking.
- You build a house or hotel: everyone cheers with you for the new property.
- You sell or mortgage a property: take a penalty sip for poor finances.
- You land on "Go to Jail": chug and go straight to jail without passing GO.
- You go bankrupt: finish your glass and toast to a good effort.
- You win the whole game: hand out three sips to each remaining player.
- You forget a rule: take two penalty sips when someone catches you.
