📋 How Sip Exchange works:

  1. Everyone starts with 10 sips in their budget.
  2. Each round a challenge is shown — everyone bets who will complete it and stakes 1–5 sips.
  3. A correct bet gives double back (net gain = stake).
  4. A wrong bet means the stake is lost — drink them!
  5. The player with the most sips at the end wins and hands out 5 free sips.
  6. The player with the fewest drinks 5 for the honour.

How to Play Sip Exchange

Sip Exchange is a strategic drinking game where you invest sips on the outcome of challenges. Everyone starts with 10 sips in their budget and bets on who in the group will complete the current challenge. A correct bet doubles your stake, a wrong bet empties your pocket — and you drink what you lost.

With 30 rounds and challenges ranging from word-twisting to physical stunts, Sip Exchange is as much a strategy game as a party game. The player with the most sips at the end wins and gets to hand out 5 free sips to whoever they choose.

Rules

  • Set up the game with 3–6 players and enter the names — everyone starts with 10 sips.
  • Each round a challenge is shown; everyone chooses who they bet will complete it and stakes 1–5 sips.
  • Tap "Reveal bets and pick winner" and choose who actually completed the challenge.
  • A correct bet nets you sips equal to your stake; a wrong bet loses the stake and you drink them.
  • The game ends after all rounds — the player with the most sips wins and hands out 5; the player with the fewest drinks 5.

Frequently Asked Questions about Sip Exchange

How many rounds are there in Sip Exchange?

The game contains 30 rounds with varied challenges. You can of course stop early or play through all rounds again if you want more.

What happens if you run out of sips?

If a player reaches 0 sips, they can't stake anything more — they still bet, but without risk. They can earn their way back up from 0 if they bet correctly.

Can everyone bet on themselves?

Yes, betting on yourself is completely allowed! It's actually a common strategy — but remember that everyone else will be betting against you, which makes the reward bigger if you succeed.

What happens if nobody completes the challenge?

Select "Nobody managed it" in the winner selection — everyone then loses their stake and drinks it. This makes it strategic to sometimes bet conservatively.

Can you play Sip Exchange with 2 players?

The game is designed for 3–6 players and works best with at least 3 to make the betting interesting. With only 2 players, both always know what the other is betting.
